Last Week expert results

It was an interesting week of scoring with some value to be had outside of the upper price ranges.

• There were 27 players counted in the $8k and above range – only 1 of them missed the cut (4%), and it produced 6 top 10 finishes. But there wasn’t a ton of value outside of the top 10 finishers – on average, players in this range finished 17 spots lower than their projected finish.

• Conversely, players in the $7k range finished on average 13 spots higher than their projection. 14 of the 38 players in this range missed the cut (37%), and there were 4 top 10 finishes.
• There was serious value to be had in the $6k range but it was boom or bust – 15 of the 27 players here missed the cut (56%), but players finished 42 positions higher on average than their projection. 

Congrats to Rick Gehman for taking down the overall W in week 3 with a score of +18.5 - a positive score in all ranges and a smash in the $6k range. Kenny Kim came in a very close 2nd with a +17.5 score, and Ron Klos claimed 3rd with a +13.5 total.
